Baby skin is too much dry and 1year passed it's will auto recover or not

A. hi well ..the thing is when there is dry weather ,less moisture in weather,skin naturally loses its hydration so if we provide enough hydration and take necessary care ,it alrights so i advise to keep the skin hydrated using Babyhug lotion ,especially in winter days ,its important to do . apply it right after bathing
