give iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Sir Your child may be having cavity is you should get a check immediately with a child and this because I personally monitor of those it would be required shall have to examine she’ll have to check it properly after that only she can tell you the right treatment for it
