baby passing loose stools , frequency being 3-4 stools in a day. this is the second day. what should be done. any medicine

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is passing loose stools Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
