To prevent mosquito bites, Applying coconut oil on the exposed parts like hands and legs will also help. Do not use mosquito repellent vaporizer or mosquito mats when ur baby is inside the room as it can cause breathing problems. Switch it off before bringing your baby into the room. Similarly use mosquito coils outside the house to prevent mosquitoes from entering into the house. Do not use them in the baby room. Mosquito racquets can be used to kill the mosquitoes. But keep it out of reach from babies. Mosquito repellent creams can be used once your baby is around four to six months old. Choose those once which are meant for babies. Refer to the ingredients and make sure they don't contain oil of lemon eucalyptus. Also rub it only on the exposed areas like legs and hands. If applying for hands make sure the baby won't put it in her mouth.
