Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nossee, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would be beneficial .
Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .

At home you can try eucalyptus oil/vicks on a cloth near her head, or sek through ajwain potli.
Please DO NOT apply vicks vaporub on her skin directly, it can cause harm to baby's skin.
