I must tell you this thing from the age of nine months onwards the child is ready to eat all the family food so if you haven’t introduced it till now you should give all the family food whatever you’re preparing at home for the whole family plus good vegetarian proteins now you can give egg yellow chicken and fish also an egg white from the age of 13 months
