Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.

Yes now your baby is 10 months old so yes you can start giving curry chawl to your baby it is totally safe. Rather than this you can also start giving a ragi, oats, egg. All these things are very healthy for babies and contains all the nutrition baby need a regular diet plan. Baby should take at least four meals in a day
