A. hi parent your baby is 6 month old you can start with basic fruit purees like apple and banana etc give oats and suji porridge add more fruits and vegetables in the diet

A. Whenever introducing semi solid foods in baby's diet between the age of 5-6 months, start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. Feed foods like lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, carrot and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc. Feed one food at a time for atleast 3 days and observe how well baby is able to digest it.
