Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child.
the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract.
if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is presentd due to respiratory secretions.
if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity whicdh will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity as well as the respiratory tract.
the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract

This can be because of change in weather And congestion in babies. In such case you should try to keep your baby normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently and you can also apply Babyhug cold rub it will give relief in cold and cough
