A. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen. it also depends upon the diet the child is taking. so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements. the chiild should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount. you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child. you can go through many recipes for children in different flavour and taste for your child on firstcry

A. It’ll I need to be checked by a doctor or an expert in this area if you feel that the child’s head is not proportionate according to the age of child is not going up it and it could be due to deficiency or some another issue associated but a doctor can only give you a correct guidance after assessing your child well
