Could be due to nutritional deficiency so you should start giving multivitamin supplements to the child as of now along with that if you require you can start with Iron and also any other necessary supplements suggested by the doctor because it is mostly happened due to some kind of a nutritional deficiency onlyWrite Your Answer Here
