Baby is pooping on every feed, is it normal?

New born babies do that
but if it has strong sour odour and also watery kind could be tummy issue
Another reason could be that if this happens from the time he is born as such could be a possibility of lactose intolerance as well
but this needs to be confirmed after a test
The other is take care of your diet as well and prefer easy to digest foods only
