A. diet chart as breakfast as poha cheela upma suji halwa uthapam idly dosa .. mid morning any fruits lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad evening snacks as veg cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha...
