please limit your child milk intake up to 250 to 500ml
because too much milk intake can cause low appetite and low iron level in kids.
keep offering variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture
make food presentation attractive
for example
use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful,it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
maintain proper gap between meal and snacks time
