Baby is in 3rd month and demands milk every hour. Breastfeeding is getting difficult during day. Baby have stopped lacto powder drink. Need some tips to increase breast milk. At night it is fine as baby sleeps for 2-3 hours.

A. good evening I would recommend that you should try to have Himalaya shatavari has to be taken with milk and it has to be taken twice in a day to make sure that you have sufficient milk production
