baby is having WBC increase infection. he is having medication but not reducing infection what might be the reason

A. Mam you have to get a blood test done to know that this way I cannot tell you what may be the reason behind it only a doctor can and also on the basis of the report that you get done for your child so please get in touch with your doctor for further assistance
