my son is four months old. He have itching and irritation in the left ear. what might be the reason. whether it is a sign of any infection?

Tugging at the ear Nasal discharge Ear discharge Irritability and crankiness Disturbed sleep Fever Crying when laying down Loss of appetite if baby is itching his ears along with above mentioned symptoms then he might have an ear infection, u need to go to his paediatric and consult
