baby is having running nose and watery eyes, pls suggest,as her teething phase is also going on. she 7.5 months old

Also apply apply baby vicks vaporub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold. Cover ur baby properly. Give teethers as they put pressure on gums and give relief to baby from pain.
