Baby is having loose motions from yesterday…whatever he drinks will poop after 5-10 min ..visited paediatrician but no improvement..any suggestions

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and cgvomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterialf infection which needs antibiotics treatment
