Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if the baby is 5 months old and the baby is having some sound coming from the know that maybe some conducted sound because of nasal blockage give steam inhalation to the child it will help here

You Should not give any drops to the child without consulting your doctor but because it may be due to chest congestion and nothing else it’s very important that you first get a check with your paediatrician and then only you go head with any drop that the doctor has to advise you
