Baby is having continuous fever since the last three days. Fever is subsiding once we give paracetamol drops. It is coming back after a few hours. She is active and playing well. But temperature is 100-101. Please advise.

A. probably baby may be having some infection generally fever will be subsetting within 3 to 4 days if it is persistent baby needs proper evaluation please consult your local pediatrician
