RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl1 week agoA. Bonnisan you can give five drops of the medicine one time you can use it maximum four times in the day it is basically due to severe stomach pain that your child is crying like this and having stomach reflux and vomiting in this age is very normal
