Baby is going to be 3 months old... And she is having gas problems and she doesn't burp well... She is on exclusive breast feeding... Is there anything to worry. And how can we effectively burp her so that she doesn't reflex the milk back

A. After feeding the baby hold her upright across your shoulder and pay her back gently downwards and also during day time give tummy time to her as it helps in releasing gas and give bonnisan drops
