Q.

Baby is getting red rashes in neck and hand folds. can I use moisturizer for this? is this atopic dermatitis or intertrigo?

A. good evening I would recommend you to try to apply calamine lotion on the affected area a couple of times throughout the day to make sure that the child is not having any problem of rashes
