Baby is forcing himself too much before passing stool, but the stool is normal, is it something to worry?

In this age this is completely normal is really have to apply a lot of pressure sometimes while pooping but the poop is normally it is just the initial time where they find it difficult but with what Dr suggested this is completely normal it is going to get better over the period
