baby is crying in night time only due to gas problem..and food suggestions for the baby gastric free

A. hi.. yes can guve lite food like ragi porridge , upma, suji kheer or suji porridge, ,boiled veggies, u may also add liytle amount of jeera powder, ghee ,turmaric in food
