For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to baby’s food.

Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Let the child be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal.
