baby is 6 months old and is having fever since 15 days. armpit temperature comes from 98.8 to 99 F. baby feels warm to touch. kept her on AC at 25 to 27 degrees also but her neck, hand palms, head feels warm to touch as if heated. is it the heat that is not getting dissipated or is it something severe.

Temperature below 100 is considered as normal
No need to worry
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Maintain hygiene and maintain hydration
Take a good care of your baby
