baby is 4months her breastmilk intake is very less but baby is active and all normal bcz intake is low weight growth has decreased why is it so

It’s Mostly due to destruction because after 12 weeks of age kids can see things around very clearly so which is why they are distracted with noises and sounds and surroundings around him so you should try to feed them alone in a room and cover up well with the sheet so that your child cannot see anywhere else apart from your face
