In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisablge to consult your doctor tso that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Maybe it’s requires a proper treatment or medication because umbilical hernia is very common with kids in this age but a proper treatment and medication would be suggested by the doctor so kindly get in touch with your paediatrician and start with necessary treatment suggested by them
