Baby is 25 days old and he has developed red dots pimple like rashes on his face arms ,neck and forehead. Kindly help with an advice for the same.

A. Hi parent you can apply coconut oil or breast milk on affected area please wash this area properly with Babyhug wipes or with wet warm cotton clothe after one hour if necessary please consult with your pediatrician about this matter
