Q.
Baby is 2.5 month old .I can see black colour mucus in his diaper.Motion is normal yellow colour and watery sometimes pasty.Baby is playful he has no symptoms of illness or fever.worried if it’s any infection or just mucus because of cold.posting diaper pictures.sorry for the pictures.please let me know whether further evaluation required.

but as per your description ,I advise you to visit your pediatrician for once.
please feed your child on demand
as you are nursing mother,eat easy to digest food
maintain good hygiene.
