NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello if the child is active then weight is not a concern and your baby being obese can also be due to the heriditory nd if the child is active then nothing to worry and gve uiur child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet which would be better
