Q.

baby is 15 weeks but weight gain is only 1 kg 700 gms ie from 2.8kg to 4.5kg so it is okay

A. Hello mom babies gain about 300 GMs to 1 kg on a monthly Basis and their could be some variations as well in it . Babies double up their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months
