Q.
baby is 1 year 7 months old fever 100 or 100.5 degrees since from 3 days and running nose and dry cough not having food properly he is active please suggest given fever and cold syrup thrice a day

Oh go for nebulising the child a GD helps a lot and opening of the blockage and the condition that is there which makes it easy for the child to consume the food that you are giving and during this time it is definitely going to be very beneficial for you if you can somehow managed to give more of liquids to the child as they are certainly more helpful during the time of congestion
