please measure the temperature using thermometer like Babyhug brand thermometer which gives accurate measurement.
if it is 100f or above ,it indicates that your child is sick and please visit your pediatrician.
please keep your child well hydrated
if there is symptoms like runny or blocked nose, coughing , give massage with warm coconut oil and Tulsi leaves .
