A. generally in small babies head will be having larger surface area and more blood supply and it will be always warmer for the feeling check the temperature only in axilla .

A. monitor the temperature at regular intervals.. keep baby well hydrated.. plenty of fluid water vegetables soups.. you can give ors solution to baby if baby is behaving low not active.. in case temperature is repeatedly coming.. consult the doctor..
