ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yrs they will fall asleep or stop feeding ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily. . .

Yes They know it when the tummy is full so they will immediately stop breastfeeding when the stomach is full but at this age mostly kids are sleeping there is a normally take feed for 5 to 10 minutes and they sleep and you do need to understand that the stomach of a child is really very small it fills up really very very fast
