A. Hello dear parent! Give fibre rich foods. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables in the diet. Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Include curd and buttermilk to improve your child’s digestion and gut health. Complete the course of medication as prescribed by your doctor. Good luck and take care.
