Baby has pain 3rd day after vaccination. Til 2nd day baby was fine but again on 3rd day pain started... Is it normal or what needs to do?

A. did it can be chances of infection at the vaccination sites is the pain after 2 to 3 days for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
