Baby has green poop sometimes. What can be the cause?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. It is very normal for small children that sometimes they will not pass stool for 10 days also and sometimes they will pass stool more than 7 to 8 times per day.
If the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to semi liquid do not worry about the frequency of the stool.
No medicines 7needs to be given in such a case but you have to meet the doctor only if the stool consistency is hard.
It is advisable to give only milk to the child and nothing else before completion of 6 months of age

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. green Poop Mein because of some kind of infection or in digestion if you are a feeding mother keep your diet light and healthy if mother has eaten something heavy or even green in colour that can be shown in babies Poop also if he is a feeding baby if your child is feeded by formula milk then you need to get an observation from the doctor so as to check that particular formula is suitable for your child or not
