baby had constipation but today when she passed stool, first it was hard and then a little frothy kind of thing could be observed. is it a matter of concern? along with breastfeed, baby is taking khichdi (blended) formula milk also

A. the baby is seven months of age to avoid constipation in the baby please give adequate water for the baby to drink along with all seasonal fruits and some vegetable soups also
