ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. it's not harmful if, the stools are soft and easy to pass, than it's normal But, If green watery stool with foul smelling passes for multiple time do check with your Paedritician.

Exclusively breastfeed babies sometimes pass green stools, it is normal as long as your baby is not showing any discomfort symptoms. Consult your doctor for further advice.
