Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it happens because of baby acne , eczema or allergy etc if it happens because of babyacne ,it alright by the time. so as far as your child is not showing any discomfort , take Feeds and sleep well then no need to worry.
