Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut .
other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bhiottle feeding, not giving proper burping after each feed.
Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .

Yes it is completely normal and in fact I would say it is a good sign only because when the child passes gas properly that means your child is not having any digestion issue or specially stomach pain so it’s good only and it is very normal and common with kids
