Baby fell off bed found lying on head .. crying but became quiet n went off to sleep as soon as I calmed her down ..how do I know if everything is fine .. I m really tensed .. what if she had a bone injury or brain how will I know

A. Look if your child is directly hit the head after falling down from the bed then it’s better to get it examined with a doctor why take a chance unnecessarily and very sensitive and fragile so better to get it checked with your doctor one time for clarity on the situation
