Q.

baby fell down with me i covered baack head using my hand. she is 1 time vomit little bit when she. was crying. after she is normal before 15 only she eat lunch

A. Then is still you should monitor the behaviour for another 24 to 48 hours if you see that the child is having sad and vomiting or something then in that case you should actually get a check with your doctor otherwise it as of now seems completely normal
