Yes Yes yes absolutely it is a very good so I’ve been using it for my own daughter since the age of three years and never found an issue and I am using Nivea cream only and otherwise you can go for NMFE vitamin E cream also what ever is more convenient to you both of them are good I use both of them which is why I am suggesting
