When you say it is zero years to 3 years I cannot understand the correct age of your child I do need to have a correct understanding of the age of your child if the child is not eating then either your child maybe teething sometimes it could be due to some kind of an indigestion issue and sometimes deficiency so please check with your doctor for further assistance
