A. Give him a bowl and a spoon to eat with and let him play with the food and make a mess and this is how he will learn to eat independently. Offer small portions of food and give more only when he asks for more. Offer colourful foods like beetroot halwa or methi parantha as colours attract the attention of the kids. Cut foods into different shapes using food cutters. Offer foods in colourful plates or bowls. You can offer fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Why has the doctor refused to give milk? Kids after one year of age should be given whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, cheese and home made paneer. You can give peanut butter sandwiches.
